Look right, turn into Migi Nekoashidachi , Migi Uchi Uke , Hidari Chudan Gyakuzuki . Turn to front into Yoidachi , breathe in, Hidari Yama Uke , right hand uppermost. Step forward into Hidari Zenkutsudachi , Hidari Morote Uke . Step forward into Migi Zenkutsudachi , Gedan Juji Uke . Bring hands back to chest, breathe in, Jodan Nukite Juji Uke , Keketi . Bring right leg up too left, then back into Hidari Shikidachi , Hidari Tettsui Uchi . Step forward into Migi Zenkutsudachi , Migi Chudanzuki . Kiai . { optional } Pause for count of three.
