 Please Note:          All movements are described as for a normal left hand and foot forward position.

 

Combination # 1 (Ichiban)

Step over with the right leg and perform a right hand punch head level (Oi Tsuki) then follow through with a left hand thrust (Teisho Uchi) to the collar bone and step back on guard.

 

Combination # 1B (Ichiban B)

Punch rear hand to opponents face making sure that the hips and shoulders rotate forward while maintaining balance and weight over the front foot, then step forward with the right foot and perform a back hand thrust  (left hand Teisho Uchi), then step back on guard.

 

Combination # 2 (Niban)

Slide front foot forward and punch with the back hand (Gyaka Tsuki) to the mid section followed by a left thrust then back on guard.

 

Combination # 3 (Sanban)

Slide forward with the front foot and perform a front hand punch (Mae Ken Tsuki) to the opponent’s face, followed by a left hand thrust. Then back on guard.

 

Combination # 4 (Yonban)

Kick to the front with the back foot (Mae Geri) keeping the hands in position land forward with the kicking foot then punch with the right hand (Oi Tsuki) to face level followed by a left hand thrust. Then back on guard.

 

Combination # 4B (Yonban B)

Kick to the front with the back foot (Mae Geri) keeping the hands in position, recover kicking leg and stamp to the rear as you simultaneously punch to the head with the right hand, then land forward with kicking leg and left hand thrust.

 

Combination # 5 (Goban)

Slide forward with the front foot and perform a right hand punch, (Gyaka Tsuki ) then step over with the right foot and recovering the  punching hand back to guard position at the same time. Then kick with the left foot (Mae Geri) to mid section, land  forward with the kicking foot  follow by a right hand punch (Gyaka Tsuki) and thrust with the left hand. Then back on guard.

 

Combination # 6 (Rokuban)

Front leg stepping back simultaneously bring right hand forward for a open hand cross block (Shuto Uke) followed by body punch (Gyaka Tsuki) with the left hand then thrust with the right hand and step back on guard.

 

Combination # 7 (Nanaban)

Slide forward with the front leg while executing an open hand downward block (Gedan Barai) ensuring to block with the edge of the hand then perform a right hand body punch (Gyaka Tsuki), followed by a left hand thrust.

 

Combination # 8 (Hachiban)

Thrust rear hand to opponents face making sure that the hips and shoulders rotate forward while maintaining balance and weight over the front foot, then step forward with the right foot and perform a back hand punch  (left hand Gyaka Tsuki), finish with right hand thrust (Teisho Uchi) to the collar bone.

 

Combination # 9 (Kyuban)

Rear leg sweep to the ankle (Ashi Barai) land forward with the right leg and punch right hand to the face (Oi Tsuki) finish with left hand  thrust to the collar bone.

 

Combination # 10 (Juban)

Rear leg front kick to the body (Mae Geri), land forward and perform left leg roundhouse kick to head (Mawashi Geri) recovering kicking leg back to the rear (in guard position).  Then step back on guard.
